Global Fulfillment Strategy

We operate strategic fulfillment centers in the USA and Tianjin, China. To ensure the most efficient service, we follow a proximity-based fulfillment principle: your order will automatically ship from the warehouse closest to your destination, depending on item availability.

Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the fulfillment location and your destination:

Standard Diameter Products:

Inventory Note: If an item is out of stock in our US warehouse, it will automatically be dispatched from our China warehouse at the flat rate of $40 USD  for standard products and $60 USD for large diameter products.


1. Order Processing & Lead Times

For standard products, processing lead times are determined by the order quantity:

  • Under 50 pcs: 2–3 working days.

  • 50–200 pcs: 3–7 working days.

  • 200–1,000 pcs: 5–15 working days.

The above lead time is for reference. The actual delivery time is subject to confirmation. Please contact us for details.

2. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package directly on the carrier’s official website.

3. Tracking Availability

Please note that tracking information may take 2–5 days to appear in the system after the status is updated. If you are unable to find your tracking details immediately, please check again in 1–2 days or contact our customer service team for assistance.

4. Potential Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, shipments may occasionally be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather, customs clearance, or carrier logistics backlogs. You may contact the carrier directly for the most up-to-date information on your shipment.

5. Issues & Returns

If there is an issue with your order (e.g., defective, incorrect, or damaged items), please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your package.

  • Requirements: Please provide relevant photos and videos to assist our team in reviewing your request.

  • Authorization: Do not return any items before receiving written confirmation from us. Unauthorized returns may result in the customer being responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Refunds: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments (including orders from our China warehouse or shipments to Canada/Mexico), customers are responsible for any potential customs duties or import taxes imposed by their local government.
